What happened to TimeOnline and Fantasy Worlds: Age of the Sun? Are they dead or will you be spreading your time between all three projects?
Couple of other questions: Also, what kind of polycount and texture sizes and types are you expecting the engine to handle? Will you only see characters from the four races, or will there be other creatures/characters/races kicking about in game? Just interested in the scope of the design requirement Do you have any concepts or ideas for how the races and their respective environments should be designed? "Fantasy" is a pretty broad scope and you would run the risk of creating a disjointed experience if the four are too disparate. This could also help to define the weapon types and uniqueness that sells a particular race to a player I don't see an audio effect/music role in the team which you will definitely need as it's a very important part of the game atmosphere, but I'm assuming this is still all on paper at the moment. |

TimeOnline is a project that this is taking place of, only because we felt we need to get one game under our belt, this is much easier, however weve desided to continue TimeOnlien afterward, Fantasy Worlds ive never headr of however, some one different maybe?

It would probably be worth bringing in a dedicated concept artist too as it makes the design go more smoothly, assuming you don't already have one of course!

we are building it from scratch, but dont let that dis-hearten you. we are already working on a server browser, so people can connect to a server, hosted from another computer

i will send you some of my previous enviroment work but i havnt got much, i havnt done much enviroment stuff lately but if you could give me a quick sketch or pic of somthing u would have in your scenes i'll knock on up and show it to ya. I'll do it in double quick time to.
