3ds Max: Hotkey PDF File?, also Crashes in Mtl Editor

I looked for stickies, just not in the speed challenges because I figure it would have nothing to do with that.

1. Hotkey List?
There was a 3dsmax hotkey map that i wanted to print and put on my wall, anyone know where that is? Or where I can find one with all the hotkeys listed?
I dont like the built in Keyboard map, it doesnt help hovering over items, I need a list

2. Crashing Mtl Editor?
Its odd. Im using 3dsmax7 (This also occurs in 8, 9).. When I open material editor it works fine and no problems, but everytime I open it a second time 3dsmax just crashes. Any suggestions? OpenGL 128mb Nvidea GeForce. Tried Software and DX9, same thing. Also put everything in wireframe mode and still crashes (to reduce ram maybe?).
