Cannot upload Avatar picture or Profile Picture

Hi.

I've been trying to upload an avatar picture and profile picture for some time. I have tried using both internet explorer and firefox with Javascript turned on. I get the following errors upon trying to load the files.

Warning: Unable to create '/var/www/html//tmp/vbupload8515': Permission denied in /includes/functions_upload.php on line 74

Warning: Unable to move '/tmp/phpppDSV3' to '/var/www/html//tmp/vbupload8515' in /includes/functions_upload.php on line 74

Also, this happens when I try to load a picture from photobucket or any website.

Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks

I got the same thing. I think the moderator might have changed something, but I can't find any info on it.

It's a problem with the site. I have no idea if they are repairing the site but it should probably take a long time. I'm actually frustrated for not being able to use my avatar, it just makes me feels I'm not part of the community yet.

EDIT: One more thing, the GMT is not working properly too. There's a lot of bugs in this forum and it's a sad thing that I'm not a bug hunter.

It seems the moderators have no intentions of fixing it....
I have problems uploading images too...

We aren't ignoring this problem, and we are working very hard to fix it. It seems like a techical problem is proving a little more complicated than we first though, but we are trying to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We hope it will be solved shortly.
