It's a little dark, and for some reason your top render didn't have the inlays. It definitely looks like an SG though. Don't forget the rest of the headstock and it should look quite nice.

Hehe, i doesnt have inlays because I didn`t make them when I was rendering that picture, i made them later. I started modeling the amplifier. I`m adding the link to refference, it might be useful for someone

Also posting some new renders of guitar`s head, and some details

Yup, it's a Gibson SG alright. I'm not 100% certain, but I think the pickguard is a multi-layer laminate, and some of the corners (particularly in the 3rd shot) show some of the underlying topology. At a distance I'm sure it's fine, but if it's to be showed up that close, it needs a little bit of work to smooth it out. Other than those tiny details, it's coming along quite nicely.

That varies. Some models have a clear coat on it. However, I thought gibson did diamond shaped inlays. Then again I could just be imagining things. Wouldn't be the first time. Nice job with the preamp and speaker. It could use a bit brighter lighting though and your shadows are a bit harsh.

It looks good, the first image at least.
I don't really get the point of the second and third image.

One thing I think you need to work on is shadowing. Have you tried using Area shadows? These will give more of a realistic look, because they'll fade out, and be stronger when closer to an object, and won't look flat.

A bit more lighting changes could make this piece look very realistic indeed.

One thing I do suggest is to put the plucks (not sure of their exact name) somewhere else, because having all 3 of them like that seems too planned out.

very nice

but I think, in stead of that ACDC poster, make it a Metallica poster

This is looking better and better. It looks like the walls reflectivity settings are a bit high. If you want some lighting help, take a snap shot of the lighting set up and post it. Maybe someone will help you out...
