A few comments:
Great job to both of my fellow animators in this one! Arneoog: Nice hand spring, very Spidey-like. Good timing in general. Only part that needs a little tweaking is where he hits the wall after the hand spring. I think he needs to bend his knees more when he hits, maybe the body a bit more too, just seems a little wooden. Otherwise, loved it, great job. Kurioz: Great little touch of bending the web as he's swinging, also very easy to tell by the movement that this is Spider-Man (great pose in the end), good landing and nice camera work, some nice little secondary animation in there as well. For both you guys, it would be nice to have Quicktime versions of your animations. It makes it easier to step through and see the little things that I'm sure you worked on but go by too fast to see well. GfxNoob, thanks for the compliment, hope to see you here soon! Now someone go kick Martimus (not too hard, he kicks back) and tell him what the next competition is about (and watch his dancing robot animation if you haven't seen it yet, it's really great!). |
