Looks really nice
, but I think it will look better if the arms were coming from the from of the minitor, coming from inside of it, but that just my opinion... |

I like the idea. Love the modeling and the lighting is dramatic. Only suggestion is besides the arms and hands the textures seem a little too "clean".Great work.

I think you should put some sleeves on him with a Internet Police patch on it. |

Wow, really cool idea
It would be cool(er) if the arms of the police melted/blended with the computer, a smooth connection between the arms and the computer that is. Anyway, good job! (also the lighting seems to be really good )I'm new here btw, i hope i'll be able to show some not-that-advanced-newbie stuff soon ![]() |

regarding the police uniform/sleeves-- i kinda agree.. and thought about doing that, too.. maybe i'll take a pass at adding them? (with an internet police badge) ..and post the alternate version soon rage cage: that's funny that you mentioned kazaa lite! LOL good suggestion)

here's a version with sleeves!
i created a patch.. with the words: internet police and created a simple logo of a cpu.. with a 'do not' symbol on it.. the shirt was modeled in maya.. and textured in deep paint 3D what are your thoughts? does it work better than the bare arm version? ** also, i thought about having the arms 'morph' out of the monitor, almost T2-like.. but i ended up cutting a hole in the monitor-- and had them emerge from it.. i think it feels more surreal this way.. ? but i may experient with the before mentioned method? we'll see.. -cg ![]()

Hi, really nice pic and idea. Here is what I think you should do.
Add some effect around the intersection of the arm and the monitor so it looks like they are "teleporting" out of the moniter. Do you understand? Its hard to explain. I think its the same as your "morphing" idea. The shirt looks good, but maybe make the patch stick out a little. It looks good like it is, but if you model the patch it would look better.

Hey thats a really neat idea. I like it. the table top looks a little to perfect/clean though. someone who drinks pop in front of their computer probably eats too. and when you do that you tend to spill alittle bit or make rings on your table. Plus wood ususally tends to get dents in it(little imperfections). great work though. keep it up.
