Live video editing question

I got a question.. I want to set up 4 to 6 webcams in a concert to transmit it via internet some kind of MTV unplugged so what I need is conect those 6 cameras in a device that let me see the video in the 6 cameras and also let me chose what signal want to send a video mixer but with web cams with a user interfase

I really havent understood the question, but i guess i can help you a little. 6 webcams cannot be plugged in any vision mixer. You need composite, component or SDI output from those cameras to connect them. You will also need either 6 monitors (at least) or one monitor that can be divided to 6 icons-frames. It is not easy what you want to do. And it has nothing to do with streaming or PAL. Procedure is the same. Where are you going to record it? You will need a vision mixer with composite or at least S-video output to connect it to a pc with a video capture card installed.
If you can be more specific I can give you any answers you need.
