Give a price for a model
Hi.
Please, give a price for this model. It was created with precision to 0,1 mm. Thanks. |

without downloading the file - you don't give any clue as to what file format it is - tell us why you need the price - iof you intend to sell the model - where are you going to sell it? is it for a client? if so the price should have been agreed before you started te project
![]() If you are going to sell it on turbosquid or some other model repository let the price it for you. As there was no artwork - let alone finished artwork I've moved this thread to general cg discussion. Before posting on any forums please take a litle time to read the guidelines at the top of the lists. Andy |

Inside the zip there are pictures of the model.
I have to say that the model is pretty damn good, very realistic looking. |

I don't wanna disappoint you but, as realstic a key may be, it's still a key and will never be worth something like a more complex model...

Look at the pics, it isn't a door key, it's one of those socket wrench key thingies.
Not sure what tool it is exactly, but take a look inside the zip, it really is a nice model. |

nice model
i started 3d with auto cad and i still really dig the cad like properties of some renders. as for pricing, well that's a tough call really. keep in mind that custom made content is always more than premade models on sale on a web page. i'd estimate that 50 dollars or less is about a general market price for it. nice job. -k |

I don't have a clue how much it's worth, but it's beautiful.
I read mention of selling models at turbo squid. Is there good money in that? Big Phil |

working on the principle that all money is good money, then yes you can earn good money from turbosquid.
It's a matter of luck how much you earn but consider the fact that if you don't list your models on turbosquid they won't earn you a cent whilst sitting on your hard drive. Don't expect to earn a fortune unless you have hundreds of extremely high quality models but if you are lucky you'll earn enough for a few good nights out ![]() Andy |
