Cool Does 3DTotal.com still sell "Joan of Arc" Maya version ?

I noticed that Taylor Kingston once wrote the Maya version of a Tutorial called "Joan of Arc". I would like to purchase that pdf online - in 1 piece - as opposed to the multi-piece version that was being sold by 3dcreativemag.com last year.

I found this link, but it seems to be a really old one.

Am I forced to buy all these separate issues from 3dcreativemag now, or is there still somewhere an option to buy the complete Maya version online ? I'm currently not interested in the Max or XSI versions.

Any clues what to do ?
