update cost?

i was just wondering, are updates going to cost us if we've already purchased v1, or will they be provided free of charge? if they're going to cost, do you have any idea how much? just curious. great plugin btw

Hey Cyril!

I'm not going to be coy about this; we do have upgrades planned in the future. Some of them will be free for current users, while others will be purchased at the 3dTotal store.

The BlueCherry upgrade schedule resembles a cross between Pixologic and Adobe. We plan to release free patches for bug fixes which resolve many user problems, as is customary in the industry. Then we will deliver a free BlueCherry v1.5 that includes any fundamental error resolutions and performance increases provided by optimized code. Finally, we plan to release BlueCherry v2.0 for sale that includes new functionality.
