Update

Yead I hear that. It shouldn't be a problem though, I really do animation work (mostly 2D) so I'm trying to get passed some 2D habits and applying 3D basics. But the process has a measured plan, placing the profile shots into planes and modeling accordingly. I also use the Line Tool (U) in Photoshop on top of the sketches to plan out the edged geometry. Not sure if it's the best workflow (I'm open for tips) but it was how I was taught to do low poly models by a Sony employee. I plan to normal map him so he'll look not too square. Time to get crackin. o_O

I like the armored corpse idea (Mine is similar). Its coming together well, hope to see more modeling soon. Keep up the good work!

Update...

Here's a hi-res large image render from two angles and a close up of the head that will be inside the helmet. There will be no wings on this bad boy though since I'm pushing under the limits of triangles(crap). If only time would stop. Let me know what you think.

An update to the low poly work in progress. The final model will be finished shortly with a ZBrush fix up coming next.
