help please! watch tuturial needed!

hey there peoples
well im new to the whole 3d rendering scene, and yea im a noob, im currently doin a huge project at skool for art, and i must design a product, i decided 2 do a watch, well ive drawn some designs up and now i would LOVE to 3d render them, i just dont know how?? does anyone know how 2 come up with a 3d rendering tutorial for a watch? cause i cam across ur speed renderin competition with the watches and noticed yous said yous did them in 60 mins or so...AMAZING, so yea if anyone could post up or direct me to a tuturial for watchs i would apprectiate it SOO much
PS: im in my final year of highskool (in aus) and my marks for this project are very important, its due in a couple of weeks so i would like 2 get started asap
