What kind of tecnique did you use for fur?
I wonder if his hands would need some detailing to keep up a constistent style, or maybe make the feet a bit more simplistic.

@Luume: I create the fur using 3ds max fur modifiers. Yes, I agree that the feet and the hand doesnt match. I will try too choose which style i should prefer.
@AbhishekKr: I rather confuse about the fur...I like the fur one, but it makes him less anteater style...hmmmm....let me think.

justus_jonas - I'm not sure but there should be some problems with the imagebee.org which I used to upload my image. I haven't taken them out myself.

Here's the mesh of my anteater..it's very simple and basic since the fur will cover most of his body (and he is sitting behind a tree trunk):
