weitastudio you should use imageshack (or similar)as that site host image with just few click and then past the link that you obtain in the body of your message,until the attach problem isn't fixed you cannot attach image directly with the browse button. HTH

About the textures - I guess I`ve finished with the modeling now (not really sure about the ground yet) so the next step definitely will be materials.
Theres one thing I'm curious about though - is he clever or is he just lazy?!

Will have to consider this lately

I think he's just lazy, because using a vaccum cleaner wouldn't feed him!

just found out bout this challenge the other day, and im lovin everything that ive seen, these charactures are so clever. I've got a concept here of my entry and a first test render. I've got hotlinks to them since i cant upload pics directly for some reason, hope to see more WIP pics from u guyz, and good luck, later.

Hi all. This challenge is very fun, I was a fan of cartoon style in 3D Animation. This is my AntEater, his name is LickLick, I Created it in 3DS Max. I hope I can finish this work before the dead line. Please give me some advice about my LickLick. Thanks

Well...after a week of working hard on my univ project, now I have some time to work on my Anteater!

Probably this would be my final image. Any comment on this?

But I`m not really that optimistic about the colors

Textures always been a problem for me. But definitely I`ll do my best. Hopefully gonna get to my computer about tomorrow, so the next update won't be sooner than that!

Hi. This is my concept: A anteater that can´t eat ants... The ants eat him.. After that, he becomes a vegetarian.

I know that it is quite late to start, but I will try to get something finished. I would like to know how much time I spend in this kind of project.

Hey,

heres a quick render in shaded view, i think im done with the modeling now (unless u think i should change something). The anteaters surrounded by anthills and hes nervous, thats all i could think of lol, the anteaters loosely based on the first pic in this thread, for some reason the eyes stood out to me more than the long snout

weitastudio: I like the big head and eyes, do u have a concept or r u winging it, i hope to see your progress.
Shahin_fj: I really like that pose, the ant looks like hes bout to b taken lol.
Sacek: The concept looks great, hope u finish it in time.
