Eva wild section 02, video 04 not working

as the title says, on the eva wild dvd on section 02, movie 04, it doesnt work its just blank.... and its a important part of the dvd..

Hey,

we've had some problems with this one. It works on some computers and not on others. Unfortunately it worked on all of our test ones. I'll get the boys on this. By the way, check your other post...

works any better. Right click and 'save as' or it will try and play in your
browser which could take some time. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

ok. i noticed something weird when i had this problem. the lovely guys from 3dt sent me out a new dvd, but the file in question didn't want to work in firefox with either of the dvds. however, when i played it in internet explorer (with the new dvd), it worked fine. maybe try this with the downloaded file and see what happens? hope you guys get it sorted out

try the standalone flash player: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashpl...loads.html#fp8
it's an update too, but run SAFlashPlayer.exe, then from the Open menu paste in

this will take any browser problems out of the loop. no idea what's wrong if it still doesn't play.

Sorry to all about this. During the testing stage we tried the DVD on several differently configured machines using different browser / flash combinations and we had no problems here at all. I have re-uploaded all known trouble making files with new compression which should be more reliable. I will post the links below. Thanks to all for being understanding.

I also could not get any of the movies to play off my hard drive. However, I uploaded one of them to my ftp server,then typed the address in the browser - Firefox - , and it worked!

Agreed! although this kinda proves my theory that its related to PC setup rather than the disc itself. As I say, they were tested here several times and we ironed out any problems before pressing...

Well I've got the same problem. I've tried updating flash player for Opera, Firefox, I've upgraded to the latest Explorer, looked on the link posted above for a standalone flash player (they all seem to be for macintosh) and I'm at a loss for what to do. When I play movie 4, it shows up as a tiny icon above the embedded bar with the refresh button on it. It plays for a moment (microscopically), and stops. I've got 3 computers here and it won't work on any of them.
