what kind of style are you going for? If it's cartoon, then you might be in the right way, but for a realistic look, you might consider unsing reference and work on you'r propotions...

I would also reccomend building a living human, and then decompose him a little to get that zombie look. Right now the zombie and whatever you posted after that doesn't look very scary, and the brain sticking out, really doesn't work.

Now I know you're just getting started, but a slight change of direction will get you where you want. Good work so far and good luck!

PS: oh and what's with that rendering background? kinda weird ain't it?

pinhead jr? looking good. you should try to make it more fleshy/wet. looks really dry atm.
the nails could do with a bit more distinction from the skin color. otherthan that, good work
