walk help

hi i have done a "thing" in 3dsmax.. And i whant to make him do a walk loop.. Any tutorials for that somewhere..

I have seen a video for a long time ago... Somebody that know it..

About 5min long

Though I don't remember running accross video tutorials about walk loops. It would be very interesting to take a look. If anyone has a link, that is.
