i am using 3dmax8 and i have no idea
why the graphic is like this it's no matter in rendering
so it's problem with graphic card

What system are you using for the viewport rendering? OpenGL, DirectX or Software?
In your case, you should be using DirectX I think.
Try updating your DX and Forceware drivers. It should work...
