Aero L-39 dogfight training
I finished this Aero L-39 airplane model a couple of months ago. The textures were all handrawn from scratch in photoshop. I wasn't really satisfied with the scene then, so I made a new one and rendered it in Brazil. The plane has russian markings on it, and I think this looks more russian then the previous scene I made.
minor post effects in photoshop: engine exhaust blur, slight color correction and slight noise added for photo effect C & C welcome

Flipping the bird
The way the one is upside down it reminds me of "Top Gun".

What a risky manoeuvre!
I suggest you add some extra lighting to the planes and try depicting the blaze on the back of the nearest plane. |
