How to attach any soft_body to animated object... for example, how to stick a rope to a hand, or how to attach a cloth to head ond so on.... HELP! I'v tried constrains but i guess that's not the way? Maybe reactor deforming objects?

Well u have several options:
for rope u could use:
1- reactor(check reactor reference.pdf)
2-or bones (check spline IK in max help)
3- linked Xform (check max reference)

for cloth u could use:
1- reactor
2- simcloth (a great free plugin for cloth and soft bodies check the link) http://www.chaosgroup.com/software/software.html
3- stitch plugin from digimation ( but it is not free )
anyway these subjects were covered here in several threads just search!!

make the animated body as a rigid body (ie; add it to a rigid body collection. then add a mesh select to ur rope (if spline then then spline select). add a attachToRB modifier. That should do it.
