Texturing

Hye guys, i looked around the internet for tutorials on how to skin models n stuff, i found a few sites...and id thought id just give it a shot.

how could i improve it...its nto an actual skin for a weapon but anything that i know is wrong with this one, ic an make sure isnt in my next skin


also, any tips on how do do skins that arnt grey, like green skins for example?

Hey Sniper! Some anti-aliasing wouldn't go amiss, plus some finger prints would be kinda cool

I did a quick-and-nasty PSP texturing tutorial for a mate a long time ago which might be of interest to you (and maybe some others!). Not directly related in terms of the content, but the principles could be useful.
