Eva Wild Modelling DVD, out-of-sync lesson.
Hey there. Just following along with the dvd and aside from slightly sluggish playback in the flash player I've run into one little issue with one of the lessons.
Lesson 08 in the Back, Abdomen, and Groin chapter has audio that's about a minute ahead of the video. The audio begins where Richard is talking about deleting half of the mesh and re-applying symmetry. The video shows the view flying around the mesh and gesturing like the audio should be discussing the kind of bridging between the lat dorsi and the rectus abdominis that happens later in the lesson. I don't know how you'd prefer I go about this, if there's something wrong with my flash player or if the file's just been encoded improperly. If you could help me out though that'd be awesome. Thanks for your time. Cheers. Last edited by Valtiel; 17-07-2007 at 10:01 AM.. |

Hi, We are aware of this problem. Some users have had to revert to flash 6 / 7 to solve the playback issue. These were the versions of flash we tested the DVD on and since then flash has changed making our movies slow to play.
I have uploaded the files (you may also have an issue with movie 9) for you here: Please right click and save as. http:http://www.3dtotal.com/images/eva_v1...5/08_movie.zip http:http://www.3dtotal.com/images/eva_v1...5/09_movie.zip Sorry for any problems caused.

Sorry it's taken me awhile to get around to trying those videos out. Seems both winRAR and my OS are reporting the zip files you posted as corrupt or incomplete and don't display any contents in them.
Sorry to bother you about this again. Short of using a legacy version of Flash, is there another way around this? |

Argh. I seem to have been mistaken thinking I'd subscribed to this thread. I just found your reply there and the swf links don't work so I guess they were taken down after a few days. Would I be able to trouble you to re-upload them?
I've made sure to subscribe to this thread now so I should be more prompt in checking on it. Thanks for your patience. |
