I must resort to the forums because the mail is given back to me without answer.
I bought a month ago cds of textures (id 4ND892867K198471V) and not yet I have received them.
All the e-mail to 3dtotal have been given back without answer.
I need a solution.

I apologise for this but we do answer all emails recieved within 24 hours normally. There must be a problem with us recieving your emails here at the studio. I will ask the orders department to try and find your order and get another sent to you if neccessary. Please try emailing ben@3dtotal.com with further details of your order.
