problem with eva images plz help

hii 3d total i have this problem with eva cd when i applay the guide imges i get i low resolusition and i followed the instractions where i have to tick the match bitmap size as close as possible but here what happens i get a clear front image but the other images remain the same side top bottom imges are still at low resolution what could be the problem plz help 3d total .

Hi,
This is problem with your customized setting in 3DStudio Max.
1. Open max and go to Customize : Preferences on the main menu bar along the top.
2. Select the Viewports tab and then on Configure Driver tab at the very bottom.
3. Now check the two tick boxes " Match Bitmap as Close as Possible" in the Appearance Preferences.
4. Click on OK and then open the max file again.
When you zoom in the image should be of a higher resolution.

eva image problem !

but am geting two clear image back,and left side but the other top, front bottom right side are still at low resulotion am i doing something wrong ??
plz let me know mabe i missed some other setings i hope that you can help me out

problem solved if any one faced this problem all u have to do is set your video card to open GL inseted of director x 9 in max setings i guss and u will get all images at high resolution.
