looks very nice. Just a couple of comments.
Why are the two shadows of all the little pegs such a different color? Also the strings are pretty aliased, especially the bottom three. But overall I think it looks very good. |

The bottom one is a primitive that is why the lines are the way they are. That looks great very realistic i like it, my question how did you get the twist in the guitar strings is it a bump map?

Overall it looks verry nice, The shadows of the tuning pins (as previously mentioned ) do look pretty strange, being 2 different shades.
Im guessing your goin for an un-finished wooden guitar look, since there is verry little, if no gloss on the wood. either way..great work. ps..great metal texture. ![]()

I think that the two different color shadows are easily explained: Juan used two different colour light sources. Look at the metal to check this: one light source is color white/yellow and the other is blue... I had selected only one of both two to cast shadows...

how did you do it? two lights allright, but the rest? i cant be without thinking that theres some special trick in there.
