December 2007 - RQuack - Day to night

A little late in posting a WIP but here's where I am so far. It's still rough around the edges and some of the lighting still needs to be worked out but it's getting there. Not using any photos in this one to see how close I can get painting only. I hope the two extra buildings are ok, they're not photos, like I said, so just wanted to be sure. Not sure I'm digging them anyway, they're a bit cartoony right now but they could be ok later on, they definitely help the framing. But good work so far done on these!

And one without the towers. Now that I think about it, I did use a photo for the sky, but thats all.

those extra buildings look great for just painted, really

I didn't see a difference at first look, maybe because you also retouched the original one to fit the new style
