CMD line render question
A question about rendering...
Is there a way to have one file render, and after it is done, start another one automatically?? Say a flag, or some sort of command or mel script that will do this?? Any help please! Rendering for my final, so I'm sure you all understand.. Papaya |

Sounds like you want to batch render. I'm a max user so I can't help with the specifics (just replying because this sounded urgent)...try looking up batch rendering in your help files.

Ok, so I figured out how to make a batch file to render multiple files. Yay!!! But not I am having problems rendering render passes/layers.
the syntax for the render layer pass is -rl <boolean|name> so i used -rl 1|fairy fairy being the name of my render layer. But this doesn't work!! Does anyone know what the correct syntax is?? HELP PLEASE!!! ![]() |
