Vtol Wip

Just a practice project working with polys n things.
A vertical take off and landing aircraft, my own design thats future orientated inspired by modern day aircraft and nature ^^

good start, I like these type of aircraft... big future.

The nose looks a bit too much like a "top"... kinda pointy like a bird head. The body is a bit too organic for me. The contours are nice but needs more definition.

Overall, the craft looks to "heavy" to even get off the ground.

Did you start with a concept drawing? Many times 3d artwork doesn't "come together" as it should because there's a lack of pre-production. Moreover, a concept/blueprint to work from.

But, keep going... let's see what happens.

PixelPusher: Cheers man, yea I started with sketches and abit of research on the aircrafts with similar functions. Yea the body may seem over weighted at the mo, once I get onto the main turbo props I believe things well even out alot more. Thanks for comments!
