Very nice work.

However Im not a big fan of the "ûber-crome" then again its fantasy so I guess its kinda okey, but I would turn down the reflectivity quite much
Or maybe add some dirt, perhaps?

Anyway, nice work so far, looking forward to th final result.

Keep it up!

Thanks man =]

here is a lil update showing the pose (man I'm definitely not good on rigging) there will be braches coming from the floor to her hands, the render is very draft, so no fur, no decent hair, aliased lines, and some artefacts on the skin lol

http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/9272/posecopyoo6.jpg

oh...just another one lol

This looks very good, I think you should add some bags under her eyes or a bit more shape under them in any form as the area below her eyes looks unusually flat. I would also like to see a bit more shape to the mouth to give it a little bit more character. Love the design for the armour but personally I would prefer it if it looked like it had been used, not sure what her backstory is but because her armour looks so new it gives the impression that she is noble. Hope this helps.

Thanks man will try to fix these, I am particulary happy with the mouth, but I agree the eyes need some work.

I am also going to try to get the armor dirty =]

here is a lil test render, tweaked the fur a bit, and added the branches, but they still need a lot of work.

and just playing a little =]

maya has a tool for creating branches with planes as leafs on it, so I made a NURBS curve, made it grow branches, made the meterials, textured it and the leafs with a png with alpha, nothing complicated.

edit: oh, btw, some ppl are telling me that she is looking short and fat on the full body render, well, would like to know your opinion =S her body isnt at all fat, so if she look like this, this may be due to her clothing, so if someone got an idea to fix this I would be very grateful =]

I don't think the body looks fat at all. It looks great. So does the render.

The face looks a little fat. Not from the front or the side. but from a perspective view like your first render in your second to last post. It's all in the bone structure of her face. Try to give her some sharper features. I think that would help.

I looks great so far. Keep it up.

Exactly. She is not fat, except for the face a little. Perhaps just emphasizing the cheek bones a bit. But other then that, looks great!

This is turning into a beautiful image, the grass looks overlit but that may be intentional. I think your workflow will improve if you work at a desk instead of on the floor.
