Model looks great, love the steel shader. I think the skin texture could be improved a bit, it seems over exposed, or as if it were actually casting light. You may have intended this, so I apologize if you did.

As to style, I think you've done a great job, but I think I should voice a minimal issue. Now this isn't a problem at all, just a nitpick from a realist. She really went far protecting her appendages and breast area, but she is somewhat vulnerable around her vitals. You've probably got about 15-20 pounds of metal, but none of it covers her (while very attractive) fragile midsection/pubic area.

Just thought I'd mention it, feel free to ignore.

Thanks guys, I will work a bit more on the textures for sure =D, about the armor, well, its fantasy, I do not think its necessary for it to work as a real armor, I think it should look as good as possible, so lets say, she likes that way cause she can move faster and get some acrobatics easier lol

and I will work on a desk =D

worked on the grass this time =D worked on the color and shader, made the grass flat where she is standing, and some grass flying where the branches are comming from

The grass looks a lot better now, I still think the armour looks too perfect, can she not have just a little bit off mud on her feet at least?
Keep it coming.

Hehe love the mushrooms. This composition is getting more and more complex, I expect some wallpapers at the end of this.

looks great,,, keep it going..

only thing i can really add (and i am totaly LOOKING for somthing to say) is that she is very expressionless, and wide eyed... a common problem with a lot of 3D art.. After you get it all shaders and stuff sorted mabey rig a simple facial rig or manually edit it and try out a few expressions.... the added life will make this image shine even more that it already dose.

She looks a little like she is in dress uniform.. like the armour is more for show rather than use... Mabey a dramatic image would be her carrying a banner floating in the wind or something? That way you will be able to instill some movment into the image.. always a good thing. Not the most original idea.. but i think you know wat i mean.. a bit of movement. A river might looks good in a forest setting.

Still anything you come up with will be sure good... just go with your gut.

thanks guys, I am already in for the branches comming out of the ground, they are animated, and a bit of motionblur and some deforming terrain will do for the movement, Sure think I will change her expression.

I am having a pretty hard time to render this scene, its getting too complex 3,5m polys, so here is an AO pass to show the update until I can fix and properly render.
