Classic Gamer - 3D "Coffee Grinder" Entry #01
Well here's my first entry for this SMC, based on a photo that I found searching google. It's not completely accurate but I enjoyed modelling it. All other relevant information is on the composite.
Kind Regards Classic Gamer

here's my entry
60 minutes modeling, a long time texturing, and still not happy with the outcome. I'm currently learning Mental Ray, and it's still really trying settings without much concept right now ;( @CG: just a bit too fast for me, i found the same one (googling images is a plague ) |

Manni - I'd still love to see you take the same style grinder on, I've already seen several of the styles i'd searched for created included your first entry, but I still might have a go myself :0

Classic Gamer - 2nd Entry
OK well here's my 2nd entry then, fairly straight forward entry, loved modelling this one aswell, the render is awful though as is the 3rd entry which uses the same setup but I'm tired and medicated so i'm not bothered lol.
All other info on the composite. Kind Regards Classic Gamer

Classic Gamer - 3rd Entry
and as mentioned on the post before the same rendering setup which looks terrible but too tired and bored with lighting and rendering setups at the moment to be too bothered by it, it is a modelling challenge after all. Nothing is smoothed but there are a few high poly segments such as the spout and the right side handle base. By the way this one is totally made up, it's loosly based off some reference images from google, but i've not seen anything that's exactly like this
BTW the expresso coffe cups are there just for show, I forgot to removed them from the stochastic gi shaded render sorry.Kind Regards Classic Gamer
