Hi,
I am new here and this is a great place to be ![]() I am not new in the modeling tho! when I saw this model from Trolldeg I tought hmm I dont know if it will be really cool! But when i looked further and saw this picture I was really like WOW that loooks GREAT Thats becouse the model is improved duhh but also becouse of the GREAT lighting! I have seen this kind of lights and shadows before. How do u make them so soft/realistic? I use 3D Studio Max 5 and assume that i can do that too. But how did u made those shadows that soft and realistic? Already thanx alot ![]() Maarten (Dutch one) |

I believe scene makes use of advanced lighting (ie: light tracer plugin). u place a skylight in ur scene in addition to the other lights and use light tracer (rendering menu> advanced lighting)
