Shag hair? if not

How do i make shag hair.. if i dont have the plugin?

i whant to make fur

i havent tryed but it seems like if you plaed with scatter using renderable splines you could get something like shaghair

have a look around some plugin sites there is a fairly good particle hair plugin wich works well for fur.
Also druid does fur well to and that is free i think now.
