I would lay off of the embossed photoshop look...it just isn't a good effect. At least play with the settings a little to give it a sharper edge

Photoshop or PSP either way the effect doesn't look so hot without a lot of tweaking afterwards.

Yeah listen to Dan here. Using default Embossing effects without subtlety looks cheap, and amateurish. You could do better. Not sure that the green is working as a colour scheme on the blue either, maybe work on that perhaps a design of some sort within the letters..?

Also, by rotating ISPEP Text, it gives the impression that you've just rotated the pepsi logo, therefore it's still the pepsi logo. You could make your own logo. You are telented enough to do that.
