No, and I've never heard of someone wanting to download other peoples UI.
What in the world for?

Hi Petro,
I use 3d max 4 and to change the UI I'd go into the Customize>Customize User Interface, or load the already made UI from the 3dmax folder Customize>Load custom UI scheme.
When you make your own UI just remeber to save it Customize>Save custom UI scheme :-).
Also I am sure there are UI for downloads somewhere, try do a search on google maybe.

I hope that helps.

What I always do is this: If my Windows colour scheme is light, then I choose the 3dsmaxlight ui, if my Windows scheme is dark, then I choose 3dsmaxdark. Then I choose, in the colour section of Max' Custom UI, "Use Windows Color Scheme". It doesn't give you new buttons, of course, but it makes it fit in with the rest of Windows.

You could also change the colors yourself on everything, but that would require a little work.
