Need help texturing/unwraping
Hello, I modelled this helmet and tried to texture it. Its the first time I'm unwraping something and maybe I did something wrong but when I apply the texture material to the helmet its all messed up. If anyone could point me to my mistake I would be very gratefull!
I tried to add some simple symbols to the areas noted by text but they didnt show. Thanks. -EDIT: I'm using 3ds max 7 Last edited by vicban3d; 06-08-2008 at 12:20 PM.. |

it looks to me like you're using the wrong mapping channel
make sure you have unwrapped channel1 and make sure that the bitmap is set to use channel 1 in the material editor |
