snapping vertices together

ok I want max to snap two or more vertices together that I've at last only one vertex. how can this be done.
pehaps this is a question which seems to be really silly, but I started useing max just one week ago. I used milkshape so I'm not completely new with the subject of modeling.

hope someone is able two answer my question.

PS:I don't know if this is the right topic (tell me, if not so)

Send a message via ICQ to Goig!
Not so...
There´s one called Software Help, you know....
Anyway, search for "Collapse" in the Max help.

Yes, "collapse" or "Weld"

And never forget to look into the help (Press "F1" ), before you post a question, this would really help the admins and moderators here
