[3d max] Anatomy and edgeflow

Hello! i wanted to exercise my anatomy skills and started a model. i'm especially interested in the edgeflow. am i on the right track?

i'm not a pro on edge flow, but im pretty sure you want all faces to be quads, so no triangles, i recently saw a tut on this (danger male nudity) here
