I'd really like to start creating realistic characters, movie stars maybe. I think it would be a challenge.

I actually have one I wanted to toss out last time but wasn't sure if it was any good so here it is now. How about a Machineflesh character, it could be anything a human, an animal etc but it must be machine aswell. something like what was given on DWII but with the freedom of choosing how much percent of the model shall be machine and how much shall be flesh. just an idea......what do you think?

Idani: I 2nd that, I never finished my dom war 2 character, I would love to redesign it and finish it this time..

yup! ROBOTS and ANDROIDS!

and also it'll help us prepare form DomWar4 if the theme had anything to do w/ robots again.. which I have a big feeling it will..

Ourselves as Movie Stars? You can either do like an, Over the Top version *completely decked out in props, ie guns, grenades, etc* or just a regular version? Also, Id like to throw out environments again, Havent done one but I would love to try.

I like the movie actor idea, how about we do movie actor heads as a comp, Basically just a bust of head and hair of our favorite actor or actress. I also like the dominance war idea with robots. I think it would be cool to see another robots and androids competition again.

How about a mini world, ala the worlds on kingdom heats' overworld map, where you choose which world to land on. Any subject and theme it doesn't have to be restricted by a game or movie, whatever you want the world to be for.

Just suggesting because I wont be able to participate.

ps: the androids idea sounds good too.

Why not an undead hero/heroine? Kinda like Stubbs the Zombie or Legacy of Kain. Something a little dark, but with a little twist of humor?

I was thinking since its getting close to halloween maybe something like an interpretation of the headless horsemen or horror movie characters. Maybe even the horror movies characters out trick-or-treating themselves.

My two cents:

Agent-X: I like your idea of the movie star busts. That would be a nice departure into more realism and give a lot of folks a chance to work on learning (or practicing) low poly hair. If we do go this route I call Kate Beckinsale.

xXmORpH3usXx: I also like your idea of creating a new species. The creature could be designed to have functional parts that would make sense from an evolution stand point. Perhaps along with the entry we could submit a short (1 paragraph) description of the creature and its habitat, eating habits, hunter or the hunted, life span, etc..

Edit: Also, how about a low poly self portrait. concept art would be an uploaded pic.
