There are a few issues with proportions (beyond the admisible fantasy/warcraft style) and the bone sticking out from the arm is doing so at an imposible angle and from an unusual place. Also the perspective of the axe is wrong. If you follow the line of the pinkie finger, through the palm, you'll see what I mean.
