Depth of Field Primer for 3dsMax

Despite the low turnout of comments on this post, this is actually my most popular tutorial. Who'd've thought, right? I've been running the numbers, and it looks like the bounce rate is higher than average suggesting you all aren't finding what you wanted on the primer.
I've made this week's Monday Movie to fill in any remaining gaps that the primer left. It shows how exactly to set up DOF in both scanline and mental ray. Enjoy!
