Eureka Model

Hello Threedy forums. I just sighned up here after looking through the impressive user posted works.

I looking for a bit of help if anyone has the time. Im working on a Half Life 2 mod called Lift (www.liftmod.org) And my modeler has been haveing a bit of trouble getting his charcter model to look like the anime girls its based off of.
This is his first venture into anime style character modeling so any help you guys can give us would be appreciated.

I can post the model files if need be but for now heres some pics. oh we are focusing on the head.

The characteres name is Eureka from the show Eureka Seven. This guy http://ray-out.seesaa.net/category/936129-1.html has it down but doesnt speak english :P

hi, the character is not bad looking at all. whats the polygon limit? Would suggest breaking up the mesh on the hair into seperate parts so u can get hairstyles silhouette. Assuming theres wings on the back, then would slim them down a bit. the necklace seems thicker than the reference, so would flatten it and give it more length up and down. On the texturing, would give the eyes attention. they seem to have a swirly effect going on. the knee caps come off odd as their facing toward each other. Thats all i can see for now. wish u all good fortune with your mod.

the face is isnt smooth enough, the seperations in the face are visible. her wrist is too big, he should just focus on softness and be concerned with nothing else but softness
