I just recently started to think about buying myself a nice set of drumms, but I wasn't sure... After participating in this challenge I must definitely buy them :-)

Great entries so far, I especially like your piano, EF_, it's really impressing, doing such a detailed model under 90 minutes

The base model is so simple, it was done within 15 to 20 minutes. Spending the on detailing get's you pretty far, especially when it's most of all copy-paste

I doubt it, because then technically a guitar would be a percussion instrument as well.

A piano uses little hammers that drum on the strings, pretty much like a xylophone. Guitars, violins and cellos are played either with the fingers or arcs, and therefore cannot be considered percussion.

First time sharing efforts on SMC, so Big Hello to all Pro's and MeLike Freshies.

I made it on time with modeling but my scene building and texturing still isn't that SpeedModelingChallanger's.
I'm hoping to get some intense 3D lesson here ;]

Critics very welcomed.
