Lighting is looking pretty nice. Maybe make the sunlight a warmer temp, I think it's too white.

Surely that depends on the white balance of the camera? Looks to me like an overcast but bright day, There is no actual sunlight streaming into the scene.
I'd say as this is a WIP, the Extractor fan above the cooker needs work to be either reflect more accurately, or be darker. The chrome objects need higher AA, and the floor tiles either better textures or a layer or reflection depending on what they are meant to be made of. The lampshade looks odd so bright yellow, is it on? or just a bright color shade? Seems to not fit with the design.
