The new proportions are an improvement. Perhaps a little more "meat" on the front of the thighs though as they look a little too small right now

And here is the very WIP design progress on the railgun. Looking a little to thin and doesn't match up proportional to his silhouette yet but its getting there...feel free to suggest mass changes to the gun.

I like the B option better. More organic and menacing

You could incorporate a big blade there, for melee combat and general decapitation purposes. It can be used for demon circumcisions too.

b is great, handle could be longer to allow two-handed helding and using of the gun as a solid metal club.. y'know.. bone crushing, head smashing..

B, but i'd make it longer and put in some kind of cooling system. railguns irl tend to get really really hot. as in, the barrel is useless after about 1 or 2 shots.

B it is and il ad some cooling detail. basically there is a vent underneath just can't see it in the screenies.
Im happy for anyone to do a drawover how they see the blade fitting into place? it can be anywhere. i can change the model up to fit the drawover.

Yeh lower is for cooling. and the sides. every time you see one of those circle discs with the holes indented around them they are pumps to push air in/out of places.

Here is some viewport lighting. Im starting to dig his stance also.
