Hei guys ,sry nothing yet im working on it...till then i got a little question...are there any restrictions to the concepts ,as in genre wise or stuff like that?(u might say...to futuristic for dominance war,or something similar) Is there a fixed universe the 3 heroe classes roam or anythings possible?
Cheers in advance for any answers...dont wanna do something that ends up wrong lol. |

Nope, there's no restrictions on the universe, and as far as the technology goes, the machines are infinitely advanced. You do have to be mindful of some of the limitations of each race/class tho, like a character may only use one type of elemental magic etc, but as far the universe goes...its pretty much all up to you.
If you get a chance, check back thru the archives on the DW site, read the briefs from past years, and view the top entries, might help you establish more of a feel for how you want to interpret the universe. Good luck. ![]()

but cheers!Warlock 279 thanks! i checked the archives didnt knew id find them there So i after i read the past briefs and stuff i let things settle down and when i have time i sketch some.. I scaned these quick thumbnail sketches done just to warm up on the post apocalyptic genre...the most atractive for me is the machine cyborg but i would count out the other machines either.Ill scan more when i get the chance... cheers |

Bottom center looks like it blends "dramatic profile" with "do-able by the deadline".

I like the middle left, style it after like a futuristic tech Roman empire or even Egypt or something and it could be really sweet. Oooooh man style it after like the Zulu or something that would be awesome.

This one kicks ass but considered you can draw something like this it looks like any other of your sketches will do.. Well, I still like this one the most.

2 and 4 stand out to me. I like the weight/proportions balance both have.
