Nice progress so far, keep it going. For the helmut, I agree with you about using #2. Maybe hold the helmet off until you get more of the armor design, and make it around that.
He's going to use the spear and the swords? I think you should stick to one, and use your poly's to detail the heck out of it ![]()

Thanks, and yes the helmet I'm leaving for last the weapon has changed I'll have a sketch soon on the thread today. I did scratch the sword with his body style and size the sword would look so out of place.

It's getting there man, but you gotta hurry, we are running out of time pretty quick. The proportions are looking pretty good right now. There are some areas that could be cleaned up if you need the extra polys, but so far so good.
Keep the updates coming!!!

are you using refrence images. They will help with prpoportions, placement of body parts, all of that. If you haven't already, find you a few good images of what you kinda want your charcter to look like in size/shape. Then toss those images on image planes inside your modeling program, use them as a blue print.
I say this because looking at your mesh right now, either his head is too small, or the body is too wide. Normally a body is 3 heads wide, from armpit, to armpit. |

SR_6274, I'll be missing alot of sleep for the next week. This project is really pushing my limits. Between my job and the family is a time cruncher.
BIG ToE, I have them I just never scanned the images for the planes. Plus my original design has changed so much. I kept beating myself up because a lot of the designs look to much like what I wanted, but I have to stop this no time for nip-picking. Thanks for your support.

Oh! ToE, is funny you mentioned the head. Last night before I went to bed I adjusted the head because it looked really small. I will test the 3-head rule in the file I think I made the proper change. Thanks again for the advice.
