#3 all the way. #4 looks too much like a vehicle, whereas #3 [and #2] both remain sentient robot looking enough to fit within the rules.

I like the Idea of perhaps combining #4 and #1, I've been lookng and I've not seen much in the way of flying entries, just a thought, but they both look pretty stellar.

I like 2 and 4. I think 2 will have a lot of ones close to it in terms of sillouette, so 4 is probablly the best bet.
