So What should we do after the War?

Toss out some ideas, then we will get the poll going.

I'll start with:

childern's book character
Bleach (manga/cartoon) character

- fictional wrestler
- big and small
- low-poly (500 - 1000 tris, 512 diffuse only)
- stylized future or past character
- daily life character (i.e.; garbageman, clerk, etc.)
- western character (cowboys, indians, harlots, hussies, gambler, bounty hunter)

1: video game themed character, ex world of warcraft, characters need to look and feel like there from that game world. along with having similar triangle limits/ texture restrictions.

2: the big and small idea i think would be cool

3: time period themed character, ex prehistoric, future, wild west, etc

4: Zombie/Undead

a "Failed Genre Crossover Character."

the only examples I have in my head are:

1. Gears of War + Mario Kart = Karts of War (Vinsanity's idea)
2. Strawberry Shortcake + any First Person Shooter
3. Care Bears + Gears of War = Bears of War (dibs)
4. Spore Wrestling?
5. Kung Fu Chaos + Splinter Cell = idk but it's awesome.

characters are meant to be interesting, sir, so we should strive to make them even more so.

here's another idea:

"Child w/ Unlikely Toy"

could be anything, a human, demon, daemon, animal, robot, whatever; with a toy that just doesn't seem right for him/her.

my idea: crazy wiry robot baby with exposed circuits holding either a water balloon, a super soaker, a clown flower thing, or one of those Potty Patty Drink and Wet Dolls.

what if we took a character, from a game or movie, cartoon, and stylized the mess out of it.

Then it could be a before and after, or at least give people an idea of where your coming from, before you get to where your going.

I like BiG ToE idea, I can instantly picture something like Prince of Persia from first part and from the third one... So different they are. Tons of ideas are running through my head, just to pick one...

it would be more like Link from the Nintenbdo days, vs Link on a PS3.

I can't speak for everyone, but I am very burned out, so maybe we should try something simple. Like props instead of characters. It would be a nice change and good practice for everyone.

Some ideas:
A Door - make a really cool doorway....could be a evil castle gate or a hi-tech airlock
Artifact weapon - some massive magical weapon
Severed Limb - just a random part of a character, something you'd find on a battlefield
Barrel/Keg/Drum - some sort of round storage container

Of course, I'm burned out enough that I might not even participate in this, so you can take my suggestions with a grain of salt.

Let's all get together and celebrate (a few drinks, lots of women)...ur *cough* ummm.......yeah the Bleach (manga/cartoon) character sounds good. Or we can make a scene of how dominance war 4 looks after a battle has been fought there full of violence, blood and death !!!YEAH!!!
