Nectarine Texture

Hey guys,
I have a job on at the moment which requires a nectarine to be cut into slices.
I have the animation sorted I just need someone to create the textures for the
inside and out. The inside needs to look really wet like it's juicy and the outside
just like a normal skin, it also has to look relatively realistic.
Here's the animation as it stands at the moment

It's a pretty simple job and I'm sure one of you talented guys could knock it out no problem.

I have a budget for the job the only thing is I would need it for the next couple of days.
